Donna brought Kenny the kangaroo to see us, and he had lots of questions for the children. What do we need teeth for, why do they fall out, how many sets of teeth do we have to last us our whole life...?
Then Donna read us a story about going to the dentist. She talked about the different tools a dentist uses and the special moving chair they have.
Next Donna showed us the BIG set of teeth she had brought in. Some children had a go at brushing them, but Donna wasn't pleased because the children forgot to brush the back teeth! So Donna showed us how to brush thoroughly.
The children then showed Donna with their finger. The most exciting part was when Donna told the children they were all getting a toothbrush and toothpaste to take home with them!
