Caterpillars

Over the last few weeks we have been watching our caterpillars grow. They became big and fat and began to make their cocoons.

4/5 caterpillars had made their cocoon on Friday, so we transferred the cocoons into the butterfly garden net. 

At last some of our butterflies hatched out today!

We still have one caterpillar yet to make his cocoon and one who has already made it left to hatch!
